Office Attendance and Service Record, Office Procedure Booklet (for the departments of the Secretariat) Circular: Circular (1) read by the General Administration Department to prevent and control the transmission of Corona virus to every employee.
if the employee / officer comes to the office twice a month after 10 minutes of the prescribed office hours of the Government i.e. after 10.30 in the morning or leaves the office before 06:00 in the evening if the third time 10 If the employee arrives late or leaves the office 10 minutes early, the employee / officer will be given half a day off and if any employee / officer is found to be in the habit of coming late / leaving early, disciplinary action will be taken against them. If there is a need to be late in the office or leave the office early in case of contingency, the employee / officer will have to be late / early after getting prior approval through their immediate superior's whatsapp message. Apart from this, every section officer, deputy secretary and deputy secretary of the department are also asked to ensure that the employee / officer across duty in their respective branch is present on duty as per the time fixed by the government.
